Open Position: Estimator/Assistant Project Manager

We are looking for a talented individual with excellent management, communication, and computer skills. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-5 years’ construction experience working in the Healthcare, Academic, Life Science and Commercial markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pre-Bid Reviews
  • In-house Takeoffs
  • Proposal Preparation
  • Subcontractor Package Preparation and Scope Review
  • Attend client meetings
  • Coordinate Field Operations & Material Procurement

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ construction experience
  • BS in Engineering or Construction Management is required
  • On Screen Take-Off
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Procore Software a plus
  • Microsoft Project Scheduling Software a plus
